Mac & cheese with pulled pork, a dish that works just as well on its own as it does alongside a barbecue spread. If the weather turns, enjoy it indoors with a nice sharp salad and a proper sit down supper. If the sun stays out, it makes a brilliant side for the barbecue, perfect alongside ribs, sausages, burgers, steaks, or anything coming off the grill.
Made with a slow cooked onion base, Gruyère, Red Leicester, and a little crème fraîche to give it real richness and depth, before being turned over with our pulled pork. Topped with crispy onions for some nice crunch. Savoury, comforting food, properly made and full of flavour.
