A proper comfort food classic, and a very good one to keep in the fridge when the weather cannot quite decide what it’s doing. Our mac & cheese can be enjoyed simply on its own with a sharp side salad if you end up eating indoors, or served alongside a barbecue spread when the sun appears.
Made with a slow cooked onion base, Gruyère, Red Leicester, and a little crème fraîche for extra richness and that properly cheesy finish. Comforting, generous food, prepared with care and full of flavour.
