Our haggis is very much a Yorkshire interpretation. It is a nod to the classic rather than a full-bodied, offally Scottish haggis.
It is ideal for those who enjoy haggis but do not want it too haggisy. Rich, savoury, well balanced.
It works beautifully as part of a Scottish breakfast this weekend. You can boil it traditionally and serve it with neeps and tatties, or slice it and fry it, perhaps with mash or alongside whatever else you fancy.
