Our pork chops are cut thick from outdoor-reared Yorkshire pigs. Full of flavour and tender when cooked right.
Each pork chop is sold on an average weight basis (350g ℮).
Best grilled or fried in a hot pan. Season well, cook until golden on the outside and just done in the middle. Let it rest before serving. Good with mustard, mash, or a fried egg if you're in that sort of mood.
