Pork apple lattice is a classic British snack, made from minced pork mixed with fresh apple and a hint of seasoning. It’s encased in golden, flaky pastry for a traditional finish. Simple, tasty, and good for sandwiches or a quick bite. We make ours fresh, with no fuss and good ingredients. Slice it thin or thick, however you like. Perfect cold or lightly warmed.
