Made in-house with seasoned Yorkshire pork and a hand-finished lattice top. Same filling as our classic pork pie, just dressed a little different. The pastry’s crisp, the meat’s honest, and there’s plenty of it. Serves 4 to 6.

Serve cold with pickles, or just slice and pass round. No fuss. It’s a good centrepiece for a proper do—or leftovers you’ll look forward to.
