  • Remove the outerbag, being careful not to cut the inner cooking bag. 
  • Place in a baking tray and then into a fan oven at 180c for 1hour 
  • Cut off the top of the bag to reveal the ham, baste with the liquid and place back in the oven for 20 minutes. 
  • Leave to rest
