Our award-winning Yorkshire herb-fed roosters come from Shires Farm, near Easingwold. A Christmas special, they're raised free range on pasture and fed a diet of over ten fresh herbs. Slow-grown for flavour, they’re smaller than a turkey and make a fine alternative for a family meal. Handled with care from farm to shop, the meat is tender and full of character.
