Poultry orders close on Saturday 5th December. Collect from your chosen shop between Monday 21st December and Christmas Eve.
Cooking tips:
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Roast for around 45 minutes per kilo, basting now and then. Check the thickest part reaches 75°C. Rest for 30 minutes before carving.
