Our take on the French classic. We make ours in house using chicken breast, filled with Yorkshire ham and mild cheese, then breadcrumbed by hand.
Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and piping hot. Let it rest before serving. Good with chips, salad or buttery greens.
