Upstairs in our office above the Ripon shop, amidst stacks of books and records, lies the recipe for our Old Style Sausage. It's a recipe that has lasted for generations, made with a few choice ingredients that perfectly complement our coarser ground pork.

We prepare a generous serving of six sausages using locally sourced pork, coarsely ground to maintain its authentic texture and flavor. To this, we add a carefully balanced mix of herbs and spices – nothing more, nothing less. It's this straightforward approach that lets the quality of the pork shine through.
