We make this pie with pork from Yorkshire pigs, chopped by hand and mixed with apple and seasoning. The filling is set in a rich stock and wrapped in our handmade hot water crust pastry. The apple brings a touch of sweetness that works well with the pork – nothing fancy, just a good pie. Comes as a pack of two.
