Made with beef from our own farm and Ivan Holmes near Rievaulx. We use chuck and shin cuts with proper flavour that hold up to slow cooking. The meat’s tender, set in a rich bonestock jelly, and wrapped in handmade hot water crust pastry. No frills, just a good pie made the way it should be.

Serving Suggestions
Serve cold with a bit of mustard or warm it through and add chips, peas, whatever you’ve got. It’s solid, satisfying fare—nothing fancy, just right.
