Made with beef from our own farm and Ivan Holmes near Rievaulx. We use chuck and shin, cuts with real flavour that hold up to slow cooking. The meat’s tender, set in a rich bone stock jelly, and wrapped in handmade hot water crust pastry. No frills, just a good pie made the way it should be.

Comes as a pack of 2.

Serving suggestions:
Serve cold with a bit of mustard, or warm it through and add chips, peas, whatever you’ve got. Solid, satisfying food. Nothing fancy, just right.
