Our haslet is a traditional pork loaf made with prime cuts of pork, seasoned simply but well with herbs and spices. It’s old school and flavoursome, with a good, firm texture that holds together nicely.
Perfect sliced thick for a sandwich or served cold with pickles and crusty bread. Made in-house following a recipe that’s stood the test of time. No fuss, just honest, proper flavour.
Our pork haslet is sold on an average weight basis (250g ℮).
