Our Sirloin Steaks are a cut above the rest — tender, juicy, and packed with rich flavour. Taken from the loin of Yorkshire grass-fed cattle, these steaks offer a perfect balance of marbling and texture for a truly satisfying meal.
Each pack contains two steaks. Our steaks are sold on an average weight basis (250g ℮ per steak).
How to cook:
Bring the steaks to room temperature and season with salt. Grill or pan-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for your preferred doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
