Our fillet steaks are cut from the tenderloin, the most delicate muscle on the animal. This is beef at its softest, with a fine grain and a clean, elegant flavour that suits quick, high-heat cooking.
Each steak is hand-cut by our butchers, trimmed with care, and ready for the pan or grill. Fillet is ideal for those who prefer a leaner steak with a buttery tenderness that needs very little done to it.
