Our roast hams are made from Yorkshire cured gammons, cooked and roasted here. No tricks and no sugary coatings, just ham done the way we have always done it. The flavour comes from the cure, the pork and patience. Nothing more.
A ham like this makes a fine Christmas table piece. Serve it warm on the day or keep it cold in the fridge for easy meals through the week. It feeds plenty and never goes to waste.
Available as a small ham of about 1.3kg, a half ham of about 1.8kg or a whole ham of about 3.5kg. All weights are approximate (℮).
