All the flavour of rib, prepared for easy carving. We take the rib off the bone, trim it, and roll it by hand. Native breeds, dry-aged for depth, sourced from select farms around Ripon, including our own herd of native Herefords. A proper roasting joint with rich beefy flavour and a good layer of fat to keep it tender as it cooks.
