Sourced directly from our farm and the trusted fields of Ivan Holmes near Rievaulx Valley, the beef cuts of mainly chuck and shin have been selected for their tenderness and depth of flavour. The cuts are then slow-cooked until perfectly tender. This careful preparation ensures the meat is flavourful and richly satisfying. Encased in a handcrafted pastry that's golden and flaky, each bite also offers a contrast of textures – the tender meat complemented by the crispness of the pastry.
