Old fashioned and proud of it. Made in house to a traditional recipe using head meat from our outdoor reared pigs, gently simmered with onions, herbs and spices, then set in its own jelly. No shortcuts.
It’s cold cut meat with real flavour. Nothing wasted, everything used. Slice and serve with mustard and pickles, or in a thick sandwich with a bit of bite.
