Pickles and pork pies belong together. This one’s made in small batches in Yorkshire, using traditional methods. It’s sharp, sweet, and packed with crunchy onion, mustard seeds and a good hit of vinegar. No gloopy sauces. No shortcuts.
This pork pie pickle was made for our cold, hand raised pork pies, but it’s just as good with cold meats, cheddar, ploughman’s lunches or a thick doorstep sandwich.
