A classic roasting joint with a bit of craft to it. Our pork loin comes from outdoor reared pigs on trusted Yorkshire farms. We French trim the joint by hand, which means we tidy the ends of the ribs and remove the excess fat and rind for a cleaner finish and an easier carve. It looks smart on the table and cooks evenly.
The flavour is all in the quality. Tender, juicy pork with crackling that crisps up well. A good choice for a Sunday roast or any meal worth doing properly.
