We make these in house with good pork and a bit of apple for sweetness. Lightly seasoned, nothing over the top. They hold together well on the grill or in a pan.
Cook over a medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes each side, until cooked through.
Good in a bun or just with mash and greens.
