We make these in-house with chunks of chicken thigh, marinated in our own tikka spice blend. Skewered and ready to cook.
Our tikka blend is made in-house, mildly spiced and not too hot. It’s got paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and a touch of chilli—just enough warmth to bring the flavour out without overpowering the chicken.
Grill or roast at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with rice, flatbreads, or tucked into a naan with yoghurt and herbs. Ideal for an easy midweek meal or something different on the BBQ.
