Laid in fields just outside Ripon
These are proper eggs. Laid by hens that spend their days on open pasture, following cattle around the fields at Mallard Grange Farm near Ripon.
The hens live in a state-of-the-art mobile laying house that moves with the mob-grazed cattle. This keeps the land fresh, helps fertilise the soil naturally, and means the hens are always on clean ground. They scarify the cowpats back into the soil, which improves soil health and cuts waste.
Their diet is natural, and the eggs are collected regularly, packed on site, and delivered to us fresh.
This is what pasture-raised means, not just free range, but part of a regenerative farm system where animals, land and wildlife work together.
