Hearty, peppery, and full of character, our Cumberland Sausage is made the traditional way—coarsely ground pork, a generous hit of black pepper, and a proper length of sausage in a natural casing, hand-twisted into a coil.
Each Cumberland ring is made using outdoor-reared Yorkshire pork, seasoned simply and well. No filler, no fuss—just good, honest sausage.
Our Cumberland sausage is sold on an average weight basis (220g ℮).
Cooking Tips:
Fry gently or roast in the oven until the sausage is browned and the juices run clear. Don’t rush it—slow cooking brings out the best in the seasoning and gives the skin a satisfying snap.
