Made from our own recipe, our Round Black Pudding comes in four slices. Crafted from pork blood and fat, mixed with barley, onions, herbs, and spices, it’s carefully baked to bring out its full, rich flavour.
This pudding carries on a long British tradition — dating back to medieval times when savoury puddings were made like sausages, using meat, grains, and vegetables packed into animal casings. While sweet puddings have since become popular, black pudding remains a timeless classic.
