Made to our own recipe, our Round Black Pudding comes in 4 slices. It has been carefully crafted from pork blood and pork fat combined with a mixture of barley, onions, herbs, and spices. The pudding is then precisely baked to accentuate its flavours and maximise its taste. 

This Black Pudding is a direct descendant of one of the oldest forms of traditional British cuisine. During the medieval era, puddings were largely savoury and made similar to sausages, using meats, vegetables, and grains encased in animal intestines or stomachs. This method served as a practical solution to preserve ingredients and prepare nourishing meals. As times changed and ingredients like sugar became more accessible, sweet puddings began to emerge. However, black pudding has steadfastly held its place as a classic. 

Black Pudding Cooking Instructions:
Just pop a slice under a preheated hot grill or fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
