Pickles and pork pies belong together. This one’s made in small batches in Yorkshire, using traditional methods. It’s sharp, sweet, and packed with crunchy onion, mustard seeds and a proper hit of vinegar. No gloopy sauces. No shortcuts.
This pork pie pickle was made for our cold, hand-raised pork pies, but it’s just as good with cold meats, cheddar, ploughman’s lunches or a thick doorstep sandwich.
