We are pleased to produce this special and classic North African sausage with a blend of spices, including harissa, paprika, cumin, and coriander. These sausages are full of warmth, not heat, and carry a deep, earthy flavour that works equally well on the barbecue or in the pan.
Perfect for breakfast as part of a Shakshuka or as a lunch in french baguette or finally as a dinner with couscous and roasted veg, tucked into flatbreads with yoghurt and herbs.
