Our Chinese Pork Spare Ribs are cut thick and left on the bone, just as they should be. We coat them in our own Chinese-style glaze—soy, ginger, garlic, five spice, and a bit of sweetness to bring it all together.
Cook low and slow to keep them tender. Roast at 160°C for 90 minutes covered, then uncover and turn the heat up to 200°C for 15 minutes to get them sticky and crisp.
Good with rice, greens, or eaten straight from the tray with your fingers.
