 How to cook:

  • Remove the outer bag, being careful not to cut the inner cooking bag. 
  • Place in a baking tray and then into a fan oven at 180c for 1 hour 
  • Cut off the top of the bag to reveal the ham, then brush with the cooking juices.
  • Remove the bag and return the gammon to the oven for 20 minutes to glaze and brown.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to rest before serving.
