Important Update on Our Online Ordering Service

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to share an important update regarding our online ordering system at Appletons.

After careful consideration, we have decided to close our online shop. This decision was not made lightly, as we are immensely grateful for the support of our online customers. However, we believe this change will allow us to focus more on our physical shops and the communities we directly serve.

At Appletons, freshness and quality are at the heart of everything we do. Over time, we’ve realised that shipping our products, particularly items like our pies, does not always uphold the standards of quality and freshness that we strive for. The idea of sending frozen pies did not align with our commitment to pie excellence.

We understand this might be disappointing, especially for our customers who have enjoyed our products from across the country. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We cherish the relationships we’ve built with you and hope that if you’re ever in the area, you’ll stop by one of our shops to enjoy our products in person, from our famed pies to our delicious hams.
